The year kicked off in the best possible way for Derin's super talented 5-year-old Faline des Chaines.
At her first international outing, at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Oliva Nova, Spain, Faline won the MET Young Horse Champions Trophy in the 5-year-old category. Points were given throughout the three weeks of competition during Spring MET I, and after not touching a pole in any of her six classes Faline was crowned the winner with her score of 86.
Faline also ended second in the 1.15m final for the 5-year-olds.
